Register to online services through the following link: smart_edu (uniroma3.it). Once the registration is completed, the system assigns the login credentials (a username and password) called Roma3Pass, which give access to the online reserved area and to all the online services activated by the university.
Consult Roma Tre course catalogue to identify the degree related to the foreign qualification for which equivalence is required.
Apply online from the section IMMATRICOLAZIONI, ISCRIZIONI, TEST DI INGRESSO, TASSE E PAGAMENTI of your own online area. Access from http://portalestudente.uniroma3.it/accedi/area-studenti/ .
Please hand over to the Ufficio Studenti con titolo estero e Programmi di mobilità d’Ateneo and attach the following documents to your online application in two pdf files:
- University degree in its original form or in a certified copy, with official translation into Italian and consular legalization by the Italian Embassy/Consulate abroad for other languages than those indicated in the “Link identifier #identifier__134157-3HOW TO APPLY” guide accompanied by a declaration of value issued by the responsible Italian Embassy/Consulate in the State whose legal system the qualification refers to, or by a certificate issued by ENIC-NARIC centres;
- Certificate issued by the competent University certifying the exams passed (transcript of records), as well as for each discipline, the programs (detailed description) for the achievement of the aforementioned qualification, or Diploma Supplement if available.
Pay the application fee by downloading and printing the online payment notice.
The applicant is responsible for making payment only after verification by the Ufficio Studenti con titolo estero e Programmi di mobilità d’Ateneo of the completeness of the documents indicated in this procedure.
