Exchange Students within bilateral agreements

BEFORE ARRIVING AT ROMA TRE

  1. Be nominated by your Home University (please make sure that the nomination has been officially sent by e-mail to the International Students Office at incoming.students@uniroma3.it. It is highly recommended that nominated students have an Italian language proficiency level of B1 or above);
  2. Wait for the Welcome E-mail from the Roma Tre International Students Office containing all the information required for the next steps;
  3. Follow the instructions provided in the Welcome E-mail to create your personal GOMP page and complete the online Application Form.

IMPORTANT: The personal data entered in GOMP (surname, first name(s), date of birth and place of birth) must match exactly the information shown on your ID card or passport.

APPLICATION DEADLINES 2026/2027

  • 1st Semester (Fall Semester) and Full Academic Year: from 30 March to 19 June 2026
  • 2nd Semester (Spring Semester): from 30 September to 15 November 2026

WELCOME DAY A.Y. 2026/2027

All students are invited to attend the Welcome Day in person, during which they will receive all the information needed for their study period at Roma Tre. Students must bring their passport or ID card in order to be identified and to confirm the start of their mobility period.

The Welcome Day for incoming students who will study at Roma Tre during the 1st Semester (Fall Semester) or the entire Academic Year will take place as follows:
Date: Wednesday, 23 September 2026
Time: Morning session (exact time to be confirmed)
Venue: Roma Tre University – Via Ostiense 234 (Aula Magna)

For students attending the 2nd Semester (Spring Semester), the Welcome Day will take place during the second half of February 2027 (date to be confirmed).

LEARNING AGREEMENT

The Learning Agreement must be agreed upon with the Home University coordinator and the Roma Tre Departmental Coordinator of the host Department. Students may contact the Roma Tre Coordinator by e-mail to define their study plan during the mobility period.

The Learning Agreement must be submitted online through the student’s personal GOMP page and approved online by the coordinator. There is no need to print, sign manually or send the Learning Agreement to the International Students Office.

DURING YOUR MOBILITY PERIOD

From the personal area of the Student Portal (GOMP), students may independently:

  • Register for the examinations included in their study plan
  • Download their Transcript of Records

For any issue concerning their academic career (classes, examinations, grade registration, etc.), students should contact the Academic Office of their host Department. 

END OF THE MOBILITY PERIOD

In order to properly register the conclusion of the mobility period at Roma Tre and receive the Certificate of Attendance, incoming students must send the International Students Office, within 15 days of their departure, a copy of their return flight ticket, boarding pass or return train ticket.
