The International Welcome Day for incoming students arriving the first semester will take place on the 25th of September from 10.00 to 13.00 at Great Hall in Via Ostiense 234-236.

What to do before coming to Roma Tre (Application Form)

If you are going to spend your Erasmus study period at Roma Tre, you must ensure that your University communicated officially your nomination by e-mail to our Office –  European Student Mobility Programmes Office (incoming.students@uniroma3.it) . Thereafter you must fill in our Application Form on line. The Application Form must then be printed, signed by the student and by the sending institution and sent to UPEMS through helpdesk . As soon as our Office receives your nomination, we will send you confirmation of acceptance by e-mail.

It is necessary to respect the following deadlines for filling in the Application Form:

  • from 30th March to 15th June for students arriving in the first semester or for the entire academic year
  • from 30th September to 15th November for students arriving in the second semester

Roma Tre offers free Italian language courses for Erasmus students. To attend the Italian language courses, you must enroll in advance through the website of Centro Linguistico di Ateneo.

It is necessary to make sure you have a valid health insurance in Italy (before leaving, check that there is an agreement with the Italian state).

Enrolment at Roma Tre University

To be enrolled as Erasmus student , it is necessary to take part to the Erasmus Welcome Day or send a ticket through https://help.uniroma3.it/ uploading a copy of the following compulsory documents (please in only one attachment):

  • proof of your arrival in Rome (flight ticket and boarding pass, train ticket, bus ticket, etc);
  • copy of Identity card/passport.

Erasmus incoming students will receive a certificate attesting their enrolment at Roma Tre as Erasmus student. Thereafter they will receive an e-mail with a User Id and a password to access their Reserved Area. Through the Student Portal students will be able to check constantly their academic career, enroll for exams and print certificates such as the Transcript of Records.

Study Plan and Learning Agreement

The Erasmus departmental Coordinator must be contacted by Erasmus incoming students immediately after enrollment to define a study plan, to sign a Learning Agreement, to get information about courses , courses in English and teachers. Our Office and the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator are at disposal to support and guide incoming students in their initial phase of stay and throughout the Erasmus period. Our Erasmus Institutional Coordinator is available to receive students by appointment. Any changes to the study plan entered in the Application Form must be done also in the Student Personal Page (log in with the same User Id and a password received by e-mail). By 30th October for students arriving in the first semester and by 31st March for students arriving in the second semester, the Learning Agreement complete with all signatures must be sent to our Office. A copy of the Learning Agreement must be sent to our Office otherwise the certificate of stay will not be issued.

What to do before leaving Rome

In order to receive the attendance certificate, the student has to send proof of departure from Rome (flight ticket and boarding pass are both necessary, or train ticket, bus ticket, etc) to the Office via ticket  https://help.uniroma3.it/
