Erasmus+ Incoming Students

BEFORE COMING TO ROMA TRE

In order to carry out an Erasmus+ mobility period at Roma Tre, students must:

– Ensure that their Home University has an Erasmus agreement (“inter-institutional agreement”) with Roma Tre;
– Be officially nominated by their Home University (via email to the International Students Office at incoming.students@uniroma3.it). It is strongly recommended that nominated students have an Italian language proficiency level of B1 or above;
– Wait for the welcome email from Roma Tre’s International Students Office, which will contain all the information needed for the next steps;
– Follow the instructions included in the welcome email to complete the online Application Form.

ATTENTION: Students must download the PDF version of the Application Form, sign it, have it signed by their Home University, and upload it using the temporary link that will be sent via email.

IMPORTANT: Personal data (surname, first name(s), date of birth, and place of birth) must exactly match the information appearing on the student’s identity card/passport.

IMPORTANT:

The Learning Agreement must be signed by all three parties:
1) the student,
2) the Home University coordinator,
3) the Roma Tre Erasmus Coordinator.

The signed Learning Agreement must be uploaded to the student’s personal page by 30 October (for Fall Semester incoming students) or by 15 March (for Spring Semester incoming students), using either the temporary link received by email or by accessing this link with the GOMP credentials received by email after arrival.

DURING THE MOBILITY PERIOD

After the Welcome Day, or in any case after arrival in Rome and registration as an Erasmus Incoming Student, each incoming student will receive by email from the International Students Office the credentials needed to access the Student Portal Reserved Area (GOMP).

Through the GOMP personal area, students will be able to register for exams and independently download their Transcript of Records at the end of their mobility period.

ATTENTION:

1) During the mobility period, students must enter in their Study Plan the courses agreed upon in the Learning Agreement. The Study Plan is available in the student’s personal area and can be accessed using the same GOMP credentials received after arrival.

IF THE STUDENT WISHES TO MODIFY THE STUDY PLAN:
It is essential that the courses included in the Learning Agreement correspond exactly to those entered in the Study Plan.
Whenever the Study Plan is modified, students must click the button “Complete and Submit” in order to transfer the courses to GOMP.

2) Students must ensure that they upload the PDF of the Learning Agreement under “Learning Agreement (signed by sending and receiving institution)” and any Change Form under “Change Form (signed by sending and receiving institution)” in their personal area.

Mobility Extension

Requests to extend the Erasmus mobility period must be submitted by the Home University via email to incoming.students@uniroma3.it, specifying the new duration of the mobility period (number of months).

AT THE END OF THE MOBILITY PERIOD

Certificate of Attendance / Certificate of Departure

At the end of the Erasmus mobility period, students are required to upload proof of departure (boarding pass, flight ticket, train ticket, or bus ticket) in their personal area, selecting the option “Flight / Train / Bus Ticket and Boarding Pass – Departure”.

Without proof of departure, the International Students Office will not be able to issue or stamp any Certificate of Attendance.

Transcript of Records

At the end of the mobility period, Erasmus students will be able to independently download their Transcript of Records from their GOMP personal area.
