Password recovery and change

Simply being registered on the portal is not enough to change the password, you must first proceed with enrollment to subsequent years.

You can proceed to change the password within your personal account (Gomp).

If you have lost or forgotten your password:

•  request a new password to be sent to the email address provided during registration;
• submit a request to the University helpdesk system, attaching scans/photos of both sides of a valid ID document and the  Roma3pass request form duly completed;
• visit the workstation Piazza Telematica at via Ostiense 133, with an identification document and the tax code.
