When to use the service

The service can be used for administrative information on career path, enrollment, tuition fees, mobility grants, etc. It is available for all Area Studenti offices.

Front Office Teams (video call)

It is possible to ask for a video call appointment via Microsoft Teams to any office of Area Studenti.

How to use the service

The appointment will be carried out remotely through Microsoft Teams using the institutional email address (@stud.uniroma3.it) if you are already enrolled in a degree course at Roma Tre, or a Microsoft account (@hotmail).

It is necessary to fix the appointment online and fill in the required fields. It is compulsory to detail the subject of the request attaching file if deemed necessary. The request will be taken over by the relevant office.

The connection to the platform Microsoft teams is required a few minutes before the appointment in order to be contacted by the related office. Any changes to the appointment will be communicated by mail. The student has to show his ID document once connected with the operator.

The service is not intended to issue certificates which have to be asked to the ticketing service help.uniroma3.it attaching the form: “Richiesta spedizione certificate/diploma di laurea” that can be found at the page https://portalestudente.uniroma3.it/carriera/modulistica/  of the Student Portal.

In-person meeting will be carried out by appointment only.

It is possible to book the appointment online by filling in the required fields. It is compulsory to specify the reason for the appointment request and the degree course to which the student belongs. Users are requested to make only one appointment per person and for the same reason in order to give everyone the opportunity to book. It is therefore not possible to make ‘multiple’ bookings for several days and time slots.

Certificates and final diplomas can be sent by submitting an email to the following ticketing service help.uniroma3.it attaching the form “Richiesta spedizione certificati/diploma di laurea” available in the page https://portalestudente.uniroma3.it/carriera/modulistica/  of the Student Portal.

Ufficio Esami di Stato e Corsi post-lauream (State Examinations and Post-graduate courses Office)

In-person meeting will be carried out by appointment only on Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

It is possible to book the appointment online by filling in the required fields. It is compulsory to specify the reason for the appointment request and the course of study to which the student belongs.

The offices can always be contacted through the helpdesk and by booking a video call appointment through Microsoft Teams.
